restore_exception_handler funksiyası

restore_exception_handler funksiyası, set_exception_handler vasitəsi ilə əvəz edilmiş əvvəlki istisna emaledicisini bərpa edir. Bu funksiya parametr qəbul etmir və heç bir dəyər qaytarmır.
