Ask the user for two integers. Create a two-dimensional array whose size is taken from the numbers the user entered. Fill the array with random integers.

Transform this array into the following:

  [1, 2, 3],

];

Задание 3

Given some URL:

rustlet url: &str = "http://test.com/dir1/dir2/dir3/page.html";

Get the protocol from it:

rust"http"

Задание 4

Given a two-dimensional array:

rust[
  [1, 5],
  [2, 6],
  [3, 7],
  [4, 8}
]

Split its elements into two arrays:

rust[1, 2, 3, 4]
[5, 6, 7, 8]
